Cottage is situated on 40 acres with private lake and secure parking.Enjoy colorful sunrises and sunsets with stars as far as the eyes can see.
Located 5 minutes north of Emory. A short drive to many boat ramps on Lake Fork. 25 minutes south to Canton First Monday Trade Days.
The Property is 40 fenced acres. You are welcome to explore within the fencing. Bring good walking/adventure shoes, as it is nature and there are natural obstacles. (Holes, branches, snakes, wildlife)
As host we do live on site to assist with questions and needs. Cottage was designed and built as our guest house.

Summary: We had a very good time staying here for the Big Bass Splash. The host was very helpful and took very good care of all our needs. The little Cottage is set up perfect for 2 people but we were comfortable with 4 as well. Very nice relaxing and visiting on the deck overlooking the pond. Thanks again Shane for a very good stay. See ya’ll again next year or before probably!

Summary: I highly recommend staying at Sweet Dove! It was my husband’s birthday week and we had a great time fishing on the property and Lake Fork. The cottage was immaculate and the owner was very helpful. We plan to stay there again in the future.
